I really want to thank all of my patients, friends and associates who have extended their heartfelt condolences on my loss. Your kindness is much appreciated. I apologize to any of my patients who were inconvenienced in my absence and also to those who have been trying to schedule appointments and have been unable to get in as quickly as usual to see me.
